II Of Manufacturing and Package

1. Warp Knitting Manufacturing Process

Smart Curtain produced on TH-5/1F type Raschel Jacqaurd Warp Knitting Machines. Machine width is 242" and gauge is E18, working speed is 550RPM. After knitting, textile starts finishing and dyeing process to be finished textiles.

2. Cutting Process

Feed textile into cutting machine to get an ideal size;

3. Non-woven Fabric Composite

(1) Cleaning Working Table with air gun tool.

(2) Position edge on presser machine

(3) Put non-woven textile above textile

(4) Use free sticker cover non-woven fabric in case no dust falls on it

(5) Starts presser machine, temperature set around 165°

4. Adhesive Process

(1) Winding whole blade to non-woven area only

(2) Take off double-side adhesive to non-woven fabric

(3) Unwind blade

(4) Press to plain and even form

III Package Blades in Rolls

1. Prepare packing box (width same to blade's)

3. Unwind blade smoothly and carefully.

4. Fix blade by protective tape

5. Putting into box

IV Install Smart Curtain

1. Unwind blade

2. Users will find out all clips are on same side

3. Fold in half and make two clips match

5. Fix holder on wall or ceiling

6. Put track on holder

7. Put blade on track
